Foothold AI · Answer the questions

Answer these and I will come back with a price, not more questions.

Eleven questions about your business, your area and what you want the website to do. About two minutes. It covers everything I would otherwise have to ask on a call, so the next thing you hear from me is an actual number with what it covers beside it.

It is the same form whether you are a trade, a salon, a garage, a practice or any other local service business. The questions are about how the work actually reaches you, and that is different for a roofer and a hairdresser, which is the whole point of asking rather than guessing.

Nothing here commits you to anything, and the prices are already published, so you can check them before you start.

Eleven questions, seven of them required · It goes into our own system, not a third party · A person reads it and answers

Can I just ring you instead?

You can, and the number is at the bottom of every page. The reason this exists is that a phone call about a website turns into me asking the same eleven things anyway, usually while you are on a job, and then neither of us can remember what was said.

Written down, you answer them when it suits you, I read your existing site before I come back to you, and the first thing you get is a price rather than another conversation.

It also means I never ask you the same thing twice. Everything here goes into our own system against your name, so if you go ahead, the build starts from what you already told me.

Every price, before you send anything →

What happens after you send it?

I read your current website, if you have one, and I look at your Google and Bing listings. Then I come back to you with which of the published plans fits and exactly what it covers. In writing, so you can read it twice and show it to somebody.

Your Google and Bing listings are part of every plan, built and linked to the site. They can also be done on their own for £295.

The questions · about two minutes

Tell me about the business.

Answer what you can. Anything you are not sure about, leave it or say so, and I will pick it up when I come back to you. Nothing here is a commitment.

In your own words. Not a description of the industry, what YOU actually do.
In order, best first. This is the single biggest thing that decides the size of the job, so be honest about priority rather than listing everywhere.
If you do, put the address in the box underneath and we will read it before we come back to you.
What do you most want a website to do for you?Tick as many as apply. There is no wrong answer and I am not sure yet is a real one.
The thing that made you look for a new website in the first place is usually the most useful thing on this form.

11questions, and nothing here commits you to anything. It goes straight into our own system rather than to a third party, and you get a person's answer back.

The other ways · pick whichever suits you

Or just ring me and say what you need.

Some people would rather talk, and that is completely fine. Ring, email, or send the short form on the contact page and I will come back either way.

Every price is published. The prices page has what each plan costs to set up, what it costs a month, and what the first year comes to, so nothing in my reply will be a surprise.
