The work is in your head and three text messages. This is where it all lands.
Every enquiry in one place and you get told about it. Every job with a history of who did what and when, and nothing left in a notebook. It is built into your own website rather than bolted on beside it, so there is nothing else to buy and nothing to keep in step.
It comes with Growth and Full. It earns its keep the day you have people out on the road, or somebody rings about a job you did eighteen months ago.
What is a back office, in plain words?
A back office is the private half of your website. You sign in and it shows you today: who has got in touch, what you are doing, and what you are waiting on.
Nobody outside your business can see it, and it is part of the same site rather than another piece of software with its own bill. It is the same product for a small business, a trade or a local service, built round different screens.
Every enquiry lands here
Nothing can go missing, even if your email plays up. An enquiry is written down the second it is sent, and the alert goes out after that rather than instead of it.
One nudge if nobody answered
You say how long is too long. If an enquiry is still sitting there, it tells you once and then leaves you alone. The nudge is for you, and only ever for you, which is deliberate.
Every job, with its history
What was done, who did it and when. Eighteen months later somebody rings about that job and you can still see what happened, without ringing round your own staff to ask.
Quotes and invoices, out the same day
Price it on the phone and press send. Say yes and the invoice comes off that quote in one press. It nudges you about the one nobody has answered, and about the work that comes back round.
Your people see only what they should
What each person can see is set when their login is made, not by hiding a button on a screen. A fitter and the person who does your books do not get the same view.
Written for your trade
A roofer and a dental practice do not get the same screens, and your staff get written instructions for the way you work so they can use it without ringing us.
What does a Monday morning look like?

You sign in and the first screen is headed Today. Four counts run across the top: new enquiries, jobs today, quotes waiting, reminders due.
Underneath them sit three lists, in the order your day happens. First, anybody who has got in touch and has not had an answer. Then the jobs you are doing today. Then the quotes you are waiting on a yes for.
The phone number and the email sit on the enquiry itself, one tap each. So you ring them straight back from the screen you read it on. That is the whole idea: one screen that answers what needs me today. Every row on it is something you can act on.
It is the same on your phone as it is on the laptop. There is nothing to install. It is a web address, so you sign in wherever you are. Out on a job, between appointments, or on the sofa at nine at night.
The screens lay themselves out for a small screen, so everything stays big enough to read and to tap. Nobody has to be sat at a computer for the day to keep moving.
What people ask about the back office
The questions people ask before they take one on, answered in plain words. The prices, what you own and what happens to your data are answered on the pages that own them.
Is it another thing I have to learn?
This is the part people actually worry about, so it is answered first. There is nothing to install and nothing to set up. It is a web address you sign in to, on the phone or the laptop you already have.
Enquiries still arrive in your email exactly as they do now, and the way you already work carries on. The back office is where they stop getting lost.
Your staff get written instructions for the way your business runs, not a generic manual. So the person you take on in March can be shown it by somebody on your own team.
Does it do my invoices and my accounts?
It raises your quotes and your invoices. Your books stay where they are.
You price the job on the screen and press send. It goes out from your own address, with your number on it, before you have moved on to the next one. When they say yes, the invoice comes off that quote in one press and every line is already on it, at the price they agreed.
And the extras they signed for on the phone are one press from the bill. That is the money that never gets charged for, because by Friday nobody can remember what was said on Tuesday.
Once a quote has gone, nothing on it can be changed. Not by you, not by us, not by anybody. Six weeks later, when they say that was not the price, the price is still the price.
Your books, your card payments and your tax stay exactly where they are, with whoever looks after them for you now.
Can my staff see everything in it?
Each person sees the part of the business they work in. That is decided when their login is made, and it is set per person rather than per screen. Somebody out on the road sees the work they are doing. Somebody in the office sees the enquiries and the diary.
That matters more than it sounds. It is what lets the sensitive things live in the system with everything else. They stop living in your head, where nobody else can reach them.
Where do the extras my people agreed on site end up?
On the job, in here, before they get back. When somebody asks for extra work while your person is there, they put a price on it and the customer signs for it on the phone. It is waiting on that job when you open it, with what they agreed to, what it came to, who signed and when.
Nobody can change it afterwards, including you. That is deliberate, and it is the only reason it settles anything. So when the bill goes out and somebody says they never agreed to it, you are not trying to remember a conversation from three weeks ago. The staff app is where it gets signed.
And it is one press from the invoice. Every signed extra goes on the bill at the price they put their finger to, without anybody typing it in twice or working out on Friday what was agreed on Tuesday.
Can I use it out on the job, or do I have to be at a computer?
Out on the job, on the phone in your pocket. There is no app to download and no password to set up twice. You open the same web address you use on the laptop, sign in, and every screen fits a phone properly rather than shrinking the desktop one down.
So an enquiry that arrives while you are with a customer gets read on the way to the next one, and their number is one tap away on the row you read it on. Whoever runs your office is not tied to a desk for it either, which matters most on the days nobody is in.
Is this job management software?
Job management software is exactly what it is, with one difference that changes everything: it is part of your own website rather than a separate service. Your own web address, behind a sign in. Not another monthly fee, another password and another system with its own idea of who your customers are.
When your website takes an enquiry it is already in the back office, because they are the same thing. There is nothing to connect, nothing to sync, and nothing that quietly stops working when one of them changes.
That is what being part of your own website buys you, and it is why nothing has to be copied across by hand.
What it does connect to, and what stays exactly where it is, is on its own page.
Can I have something on it that is specific to my trade?
Yes. Ask, and we build it round the way you actually work. A good deal of it is a setting, and that costs nothing.
Anything that needs a genuinely new screen is quoted before anybody builds it, so you know what it costs while you are still deciding.
It comes with Growth at £299 a month and Full at £499, and what sits inside every plan is on the prices page.
What else is worth reading?
Every page here answers one question properly rather than skimming five. These are the others, and each one says what it is before you click it.

Nothing to pay, and nothing to sign. The app your people carry is on its own page, and how a build actually runs is on how it works.
