Foothold AI · Aristotle

Four AI services. One for each thing that loses you jobs.

A receptionist that answers everything you cannot get to. A website built to take the job instead of sitting there looking nice. Marketing that keeps going when you stop. And anything bigger, built to order. We set up whichever ones you take. There is nothing to install and nothing new for you to learn.

I am Chad Brown. I am in Sudbury, and when you ring that number it is me who answers.

The four AI services

What are the four AI services?

Four jobs, not eighteen. Each one has a crew behind it. Take one on its own or take the lot, and the place to start is whichever is costing you the most this month.

Built for UK small businesses, trades and local services. Plumbers, electricians, roofers, builders, landscapers, decorators and cleaners, and just as much for salons, dental practices, vets, opticians, physios and driving instructors.

One · AI receptionist

Who answers when your hands are full?

An AI receptionist does. Your phone rings first and it only steps in if you cannot get to it, then it takes the name, the address and what has gone wrong, and puts the job in front of you already written up. If nobody has come back to them by the time you said was too long, it tells you.

Carrie does the lot. The phone. The calls you miss. The website form and the email. WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and your Google page. What is actually urgent at two in the morning and what can wait until Tuesday. The enquiry that has gone quiet, the quote nobody answered, and the complaint before it turns into a review.

Two · Lead generation website

Why is a normal website not enough?

Because a brochure collects nothing. Yours is built to take the job: a page for every service you actually sell, a form that cannot lose an enquiry even if your email is playing up, and one screen where every enquiry lands and gets answered.

This one is not a worker, it is the ground the other three stand on. A page for every job you do, a page for the areas you really work, and one screen where every enquiry lands.

What you measured turned into a quote, the job photos collected while you are still standing there, the job written up, and a straight answer on which enquiries you are losing and where. The hosting, the security patching, the backups and the certificate are all in the monthly, on every plan.

Three · AI marketing

What keeps the phone going when you stop looking?

The jobs you never get round to. Asking every finished customer for a review while they are still pleased with you. Keeping the Google profile fed. Writing the pages that answer what people are really typing. Reminding last winter's customers that you exist.

I do this one with you, and AI agents do the repeating. The review, while they are still pleased with you. The service that is due again. Your Google and Bing pages kept fed. And the ads, when you are ready for them and not a month before.

Four · Custom AI implementations

What if the job is bigger than a website?

Then we come and watch how the work really runs, not how the manual says it runs, and write you a map of it. That map is yours whether you go ahead or not. Then a fixed price, in writing, before anybody builds anything.

This one is built to order. It is your business, on your data, in your accounts, and it is quoted per project once we have seen how your work runs.

Straight answer

What happens first, and in what order?

You do not get all four dropped on you at once. They go on in an order, each one is working before the next one starts, and the only thing you ever have to do is say yes or change a word.

01

The website and the back office go live

These go first because everything else runs off them. The website is where the enquiries come from and the back office is where they land, so until those two exist there is nothing for the AI to answer. You get one screen with every enquiry on it instead of an inbox.

02

The follow-up switches on the same day

The moment the site is live, two things start watching for you. One nudges you when an enquiry has sat too long, and you decide how long is too long. The other asks a customer for a review after you mark the job done. Both are running from day one and neither needs anything from you.

03

The receptionist goes on, one channel at a time

We start with whichever one is losing you the most work, and the phone is where we would look first. You live with that for a week or two and see it working. Then the next one goes on, and the one after that, until it is watching everywhere you want watched. You are never asked to learn four new things in one week.

04

The marketing starts once work is coming through

It goes last on purpose. Reviews need finished jobs to ask about and your Google and Bing pages need photos of real work, so starting it in week one would be posting about nothing. Once there are jobs going through the back office, it has something true to say every week.

Custom AI implementations sit outside all four and are quoted per job, because no two are the same piece of work.

Before you pay anything you get this back in writing, in the order we would do it for your business, with what each step needs from you. If the thing costing you most is further down that list, we start there instead.

Questions

What do people ask before they start?

The ones about all four AI services together. Each product page answers its own.

Can I start with just one?

Yes. Start with whichever is losing you the most this month. Adding another later costs setting it up and nothing else, because it works off what is already there.

And if you do not know which one is losing you the most, an AI consulting review works that out and writes it down, from £750.

What is the difference between the receptionist and the marketing?

The receptionist deals with people who have already got in touch. The marketing is what brings them in and what brings them back. One answers, the other asks. They are sold separately so you can start with whichever half is costing you most.

Do I need the website to have the rest?

For the receptionist and the marketing, yes, because both work through your site and your back office. Custom AI implementations work without one. If you already have a website you like, bring it to the call and we will go through what it takes to carry this.

Is this really AI, or is it a set of reminders?

Both, and it depends which worker. Some of it is a rule doing exactly what you told it, every time, which is what you want for anything touching money. Some of it reads what a customer wrote and drafts the reply. Nothing reaches one of your customers until you have seen it and said yes, whichever kind it is.

Does any of this replace my staff?

No, this does not replace your team. It takes the copying, the chasing and the re-typing off them, so the hours you already pay for go into work that earns.

Your people do not need to become AI experts. That is our job. Theirs is the work they were good at before any of this started. The full answer, with the figures behind it, is on the AI consulting page.

What happens to my customers' details?

They stay in your own account, in your name, and you own it. If you walked away tomorrow you would take the site, the data and the lot with you. The privacy notice says what is held and why, and the terms say who owns what.

How long before any of it is doing anything?

The website and the back office go live first, and the workers switch on as the site does. Ask on the twenty minutes and you get a real date for your setup, once somebody has seen what you are running now.

Twenty minutes

What do you keep meaning to get round to?

Tell me that one thing. I will tell you which of the four AI services it is, whether it is ready, and whether it is worth it for a business your size.

Twenty minutes with Chad. Nothing to pay and nothing to sign. The home page has the prices and what is in each tier.
